6. Industrial and intellectual property

Under the terms of Articles 8 and 32(1) of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without the authorisation of AZALA is expressly prohibited.

The user undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights held by AZALA. The user may visualise elements of the site and even print, copy and store them on their computer’s hard drive or any other equipment, provided that it is solely and exclusively for personal use. The user must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system that has been installed on the AZALA pages.

Under current intellectual property legislation, AZALA is the sole owner of the content published on its behalf through this website. 7. Viruses, hacking and other computer attacks
